During an Inner Wisdom Breakthrough Session with Christina there are many avenues available for healing and change. Depending on your goals, she will utilize different PSYCH-K and LevelUP balances to help you effect lasting change or to release trauma and emotional wounds to initiate healing.
Below are some of the processes that she might use, but you can also just “order up” one of them if you are drawn to it.
This balance is an efficient way to discover and change core beliefs that may be blocking you from achieving your desired goals in life. It includes 13 pairs of belief statements that represent basic, vital issues such as:

The Core Belief Balance will identify which of the 13 areas are “weak” for you and balance those so that all of these basic core beliefs are in alignment with supporting your highest and best outcomes.
The Core Belief Balance can be used in a general manner – balancing your overall beliefs in the 13 areas, OR it can be used in the context of a specific goal or problem where there are many layers of negative beliefs surrounding that certain issue for you.
Rapport Balance for Effective Communication:
The foundation for all effective communication is rapport. Rapport occurs naturally when two or more people share a common reality. At its best, it is a condition of trust and respect that allows people to communicate openly and honestly. With rapport, communication is effortless and comfortable. Without rapport, there is a struggle to communicate. Something just does’t feel right and there is often much misunderstanding.
The goal in establishing rapport is to create a safe and supportive environment in which effective communication, change or learning can take place. Having good rapport skills means being able to join someone in THEIR version of reality and communicate in the way that THEY will best understand. As you gain rapport, your own natural intuition about what is needed and wanted by others is heightened and you feel greater satisfaction with your interactions and communications. You also will improve your ability to understand the individual communication styles of others even if they don’t match your own.
The Rapport Balance has two parts: verbal and non-verbal communication. In the verbal portion, it helps you release subconscious blocks that you have to different styles of communication. It balances both hemispheres of the brain to most effectively GIVE COMMUNICATION (speaking, writing) in all the different styles. It also balances the brain hemispheres to most effectively RECEIVE COMMUNICATION (listening to, reading) all the different styles. The non-verbal portion balances both hemispheres for different types of non-verbal communication that can support or hinder communication.
This process is designed to deepen the understanding between two people by identifying and transforming the issues that challenge them. It can be used with ANY relationship: couples, parent/child, friendships, employee/boss etc. It can also be done using a surrogacy process with an absent partner (no matter if the partner is unwilling or unable to participate, the relationship is estranged or even if the person has made their transition from this life!) You can also use the relationship balance to deepen your relationship with yourself (using a full length mirror) or with a non-human entity like your business or the company you work for.
Belief Points (similar to meridians in Acupuncture) are used to identify the growth opportunities and gifts each individual has to offer the other in the relationship. The areas where you or your partner are “blocked” to the gifts and growth opportunities will be opened so that you can maximize your growth and potential both individually and within the relationship.
This is a BEAUTIFUL and POWERFUL experience – even when using a surrogate!
The trauma of birth and the fear of death are two powerful aspects of human existence. Even before we are born we begin to experience stress and trauma through the experience of our mother (and her levels of stress hormones for example). This balance reprograms any limiting impact of these influences in our lives. During this balance, you will learn to transform stress associated with your time in the womb, your experience of birth and your perception of death.
This process helps you internalize the wisdom of nature to create more harmony with life! It is inspired by Bruce Lipton, author of Biology of Belief and Spontaneous Evolution. Dr. Lipton describes the problem that modern culture is misaligned with the wisdom and principles of Nature. Nature has much to teach us about living a satisfying, balanced and sustainable life. Living in harmony with the principles of nature creates more joy, satisfaction and happiness because we are not resisting the natural order of the world we live in. This balance will help align your subconscious mind with these principles so that you can more fully experience and embody these principles:
