Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
BUT they ARE transferable to a friend or to subsequent Radiant Living & Learning events for up to one year.
In the event that you are not able to use your paid Registration, please Contact Us to give us the name(s) of friends who will be using your Registration, or to apply your Registration credits to a future event within the next 12 months.
Private Campsite, Group Campsite and Bunkhouse fees are REFUNDABLE
(minus a $5 administrative fee) for cancellations made BEFORE OCT 31st.
Cancellations made after Oct. 31st will forfeit the first night’s fees OR you can TRANSFER your campsite or bed to a friend. Please Contact Us to give us the name of the family that you are transferring your site to.
If you need help finding a family to take your Registration credits or campsite, please post in the Radiant Living & Learning Facebook group or other Unschooling groups.
Due to the unpredictable nature of life, the Session Topics, Session Facilitators or other Activities could be cancelled or moved to different times in the schedule. If this occurs, we will do our best to provide a comparable Topic or Activity with an alternate Facilitator.
